Well, I guess they are still around. I caught my last one in 1999 by Cleveland Ledge. I used to catch them very often in Buzzards Bay while fishing for scup or fluke. They're nothing special, but they are special. Does that make sense? Any fish that can blow itslef up like that is really cool and is missed around here.
