Here's a neat fish! It has finger/feet. It has huge wings. It's head is covered in bone. It's also very sharp. It barks when you take it out of the water. Yes, it barks loudly! But, alas, it's not great to eat, say just about everyone but the French. So we toss them back or use them as bait for fluke. Their bellies make excellent strip baits for fluke that last all day. That's a good attribute! We never really waste much as much of what we fillet often comes home as chum, lobster bait, or even fertilizer!
