Thresher sharks are the most interesting fish that we fish for on the Black Rose. Why? Well, an 8' shark may have an
8' long tail as well!!! That's an amazing sight. They make great eating, they use that huge tail to fight long and strong
and are even known to jump completely out of the water when hooked.
Like the mako, they can be caught while trolling. This is one method that I will be trying in 2007, as I feel that it is one of the
best ways to specifically target these two species.
